Why I built This
I kept seeing the same questions asked over and over in CRNA applicant communities. Am I competitive? Is my ICU experience good enough? What should I fix before I apply? I didn't know the answer either when I was applying.
People were getting opinions from Facebook groups and Reddit, but nobody was giving them a structured answer. Helping nurses become CRNAs is something I care about deeply. I went through this process. I know how uncertain it feels to wonder if you are doing the right things with the right urgency.
I built CRNAPathway because applicants deserve a structured, focused approach that tells you exactly where you stand, what your weakest area is, and what to work on next. Something you can return to as your experience grows and track your progress over time.
